*RETURN AND REFUND POLICY*

1. RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 2-day return policy. This means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. REFUND TIMELINE
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Refund Period: Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7 days to your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

3. RETURN PROCESS

Request: Email us with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping: Unless the product is defective, customers may be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item.

4. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:


Items marked as "Final Sale."

6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, the standard 2-day return policy applies.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
